How to use:
HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Divide 1 pack of green coffee beans (100g) into 2 servings (50g each serving).
2. Set aside the other half. Place it in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
3. Wash the other half with water and soak it at 750ml water for about 12 hours. Put it in the refrigerator to prevent spoilage.
4. After 12 hours, boil the soaked beans and the water used. When it boils, turn the heat very low and let it sit for 15 minutes.
5. Let it cool and place it again in the refrigerator to avoid spoilage.
INTAKE:
Drink 60ml of the green coffee bean extract twice a day, at least 30mins before breakfast and 30mins before lunch.
REMINDER:
The first half of the green coffee beans is good for 4 days. After consuming it, do the same process above for the second half of the green coffee bean and take it for another 4 days. Give you a total of 8 days for the whole pack.
*You can drink the extract hot or cold.
*Do not forget to always put the extract in the ref to avoid spoilage.
*You can add a little bit of honey/sugar and fresh milk to taste.
